How to create a USB multi boot repair disc?

Is there a way (or tutorial) to create a repair disc for a multi boot Win7/Vista on a USB flash drive? In other words would like to be able to use a USB flash drive in an emergency to boot into a multi boot computer using Win7/Vista. I see where there is a way to create a Vista/XP multi boot USB repair disc but not one for Win7/Vista multi boot. Evidently the boot files for Vista/XP are different from the boot files for Win7/Vista. I have a 4GB flash drive that I would like to use.

I have not tried this, but you may be able to do this.

1. Create a System Repair Disc as normally to DVD.

2. Create a ISO file from this DVD using a program like the one in the tutorial below.

3. Burn ths ISO file to the USB flash drive using the program and instructions in METHOD ONE of the tutorial below.

Ok, I tried this and also followed the instructions at this web site ---->
Creating Bootable Vista / Windows 7 USB Flash Drive at Kevin’s Blog on how to create a bootable usb flash drive. Both evolutions worked PERFECTLY for booting into Windows 7 ONLY. However, what I am looking for is how to make a usb flash drive that will allow me to, in an emergency, to boot my system to the Bootloader which gives me the option to choose either Win7 or Vista. Remember, I am dual booting Win7 and Vista.

Yeah, using these options will not allow this. I'm sure that there are commercial programs available that should allow this, but I'm afraid that I do not know of any though. Hopefully someone may know of one that may and post it for you soon. :(
