Solved How to default folder in an Ascending View

When ever I open Windows Explorer, I click on any one of my Drive icons or folder in the Left pane and the Drive folders are shown in the Right pane window, but in an Decending view. I go to View in the Toolbar menu, click on Sort By and click on Ascending and it corrects itself. If I close Windows Explorer and come back at a later time, the folders in the Right pane are back to Decending view. How do I go about keeping the Ascending view permanent or default. This also happens with other folders that I open in the Left pane and get the same problem in the Right pane.

Thanks Brink. We'll see how that works. As of right now, they all seem to be correct. I will report back tomorrow and see if they stay that way. I appreciate your quick response. Have a good evening.

Well, it only partially worked. The sub folders for each drive were OK, but the sub sub folders from the drive folders were not. Also found the files under several folders were also not in the Ascending format, but the Decending format. There has to be a general universal setting that would make everything in one order or the other. Could it be something in the Registry that would do this?

UPDATE! I tried the method shown below on a thread by JaidynM, and that appears to have worked. I went to several folders and files and they all appear to be in the Ascending order now. Hope this does it.
