In Vista, I could turn off snipping tool via Turn Windows Features On and Off > uncheck Tablet PC Components.
In Win 7, I read that snipping too is part of the operating system in Home Premium, Ultimate, Pro and Enterprise. Unchecking Tablet PC Components will not disable snipping tool.
So, how do I disable it, or is it possible at all ?
