If you want your files to look as in post #1, it's list view with known file extensions showing
control panel folder options, uncheck hide extensions for known file types
for list view, click top left button of explorer and choose list

The first screenshot looks like a capture of groups. But to be honest I have not seen anything like that. Details view with groups applied? I tried replicating it in my VM'S but don't seem to be getting anywhere.
