How to fix WD Element 1TB bad disk?

My external hdd doesn't show in Computer and unallodated in Disk Management. I tried Data LifeGuard Diagnostic, MiniTool Partition and EaseUS Data Recovey Wizard and It doesn't fix it. When I tried connecting the HDD itself to the pc, it just stuck on Windows Logo every boot

The main reason to a portable HDD failure is axis direction change and impact. The sensor arm touches the disk.
There is no way to fix a damage disk.
You can send it to professionals to recover some data. It will cost a fortune.

Did you try partition recovery software as the partition has gone specific software may find it problem with Ed some encrypt data so you can't use it out of enclosure

I already tried Partition Recovery Wizard in MiniTool Partition and It doesn't fix it.

At this point, since you've already tried to extract the data with few data recovery programs, I'd suggest to consult with a data recovery company and hopefully the professionals there will be able to get everything from the drive.
