how to remote desktop computer at diff locations

Hey, i have 3 offices at 3 different locations. now i wana connect all three locations usin remote desktop. the os for 3 locations is windows 7 ultimate a dn also i have purchased dyndns. can anyone give me step by step guidance as wat to do
