How to rename zipfldr.dll data

I want filetype to be a " Zip Arhive " not "compressed (zipped) folder "
so I've changed it here https://www.dropbox.com/s/pfi01kzbmikln9e/2015-06-24_00-04-41.png?dl=0
and after a few hours it's again "compressed (zipped) folder"

regedit => F3 => "compressed (zipped) folder "

Open the file explorer and enter shell:sendto into the location bar. Rename the file.
