How to use Windows Performance Recorder to find Boot Delay?

My PC used to boot quite quickly but recently there is a delay of 6 seconds (from t=17s to t=23s), maybe caused by a recent Windows Update. I have used Windows Performance Recorder to log the boot process but I have no idea on how to figure out what is causing this delay. The following chart shows that in this time span of 6 seconds there is no CPU and disk activity... also the monitor switches off which is annoying.

Use MSconfig to disable all background programs and services.
Then see if the issue still happens. Then try to enable fist half. It the issue returns, the problematic is on fist half, if it doesn't return, is on the second half. Then disable half of problematic half (fist or second half). Proceed till you find the program or service that is giving the delay.

Do you mean the Startup programs? Disabled all 4 of them and it did not change anything. Also disabled the only non-Microsoft service I have, again no change in behavior.

I have a shut down delay that I found out that is was the antivirus (Avira).
In your case it can also be the Antivirus.
