Well On StartUp EveryThings Normal Until I Start Any Application Small Or Big. It Blasts Me With Server Busy Press "Switch To" To Activate The Busy Program And Correct The Problem. It Keeps Popping Up That Over And Over As I Press "Switch To" and When I Start Google Chrome, It Just's Acts Like It Quit Then When I Go Into The Old Task Manager, It Says Its Running Then When I Press On Google Chrome 10 To 20 Billion (EXAGERATION) Times It Finally Starts Up, Is There A Way I Could Speed Up My Computer Without Installing More RAM.
