HP Designjet 750c Drivers

Hi There

I realise this an old brute of a plotter but i only need it for a few jobs and i cant afford a newer one.

Everywhere i read says to use the pl532en driver to run this plotter in Windows 7 64 bit but when i try it i get the error

"The folder you specified doesn't contain a suitable software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x64 based systems"

Any ideas on this? Id really like to get this working as soon as possible.

I have got it to work using the drivers for a 1050c plotter but it doesn't format properly.

Thanks for the welcome an your help is most appreciated.

I have read through that thread and unfortunately its not the same issue as mine.

My issue seems to be that the XP 64bit driver wont work with my Windows 7 64bit. It says it's not suitable.

I also followed the link at the bottom of that thread and the files mentioned aren't available either.

So I have had a play with another computer and it turns out you can install the driver on a 32 bit system.

So it must be a 32 bit driver, yet everything I have read says it's for 64 bit systems?
