HP DV6000 Bluetooth

My bluetooth does not work with my HP dv6000 entertainment pc. has anyone else got HP laptops working bluetooth in windows 7??

when I click add new device nothing shows up...and it wont let me even click on the settings icon in the notification area. bluetooth is turned on and enabled in device manager...anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried to install the bluetooth drivers from the HP site for your particular model? select the Vista ones if you have the option.

I have a DV9724TX and just loaded W7 X64, and it works fine but I had to reload the HP Bluetooth drivers for Vista X64 as HP is only going to support a little few laptops with 7
