HP laptop Black lit keyboard

so yea i just bought me a new hp laptop and i got a black lit keyboard in it and i cant seem to find were that is

is there a button on the keyboard that i dont see or do i need to go to settings and turn it on

were exactly all i saw was hotkey's and shortcuts there was nothin there on making my keyboard light up

and i know it can i just looked back on the box and said it should
