Were you ever able to get into Safe mode with Networking?

I did manage to. The error message i receive when i start up didn't appear in safe mode or when i did a clean boot but i suppose that that's irrelevant because nothing was working still even after i booted in safe mode and got malwarebytes to clean up

Can you post the log by following the instructions below? It will help me figure out what programs you have and I can advise as to which ones need to be removed. (ignore the BSOD parts, just post the log here)

I know that this is bad but just a couple of things... the file didnt save as a .zip it saved as _zipIt.vbs is that a bad thing? Secondly... my laptop isn't letting me upload anything. doesn't matter how many times i click on the upload button, nothing is happening

Also, whenever i do a clean boot, the issue is still there. The error message goes away, but i still can't delete programs or change anything or download anything

It sounds like you have some major issues.

It really may be worth performing a repair install.

Backup any of your data, typically a repair install will not affect your personal files but you want to be extra careful.

Most of the files you need will be located in your users folder:
c:\users

Sorry to be so hopeless but i just wanted to double check before i do anything. Firstly, if i understand correctly,i will be bale to download the ISO file and mount it to Daemon tools and run it from a virtual drive. Am i correct? Because when i bought my laptop, it was a demo laptop and Windows was already installed. So my activation key is the one on my pink windows sticker underneath my laptop right? And at this precise moment i will not be able to backup my stuff but the only thing that's really important are our family photos so i'm not too worried. I think i'm a little confused about the procedure though

It seems like the fastest way to get there may be that. I can ask for a second opinion but with so many avenues of fixing the PC blocked, repair install may be the quickest way to a stable PC.

Daemon tools

Do not use Daemon Tools, it uses SPTD (SCSI Pass thru Direct) which causes all sorts of issues including BSODs. If you're going the clean Windows installation then it's pointless uninstalling Daemon Tools, but once you have that clean install do not install Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%.

I agree with Gator, a clean install is the way to go here.

This is gonna sound impossible, but its refusing to unzip the .ISO file because it says that windows installer isn't installed properly.
