I didn't find any language pack for my Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64
any help?
Is that true that the pro version of windows 7 doesn't have a language pack?

You can integrate lang packs into the installtion media. Then select which language during installtion.

There is a program called vistalizator , but I have never tried it.

MS will recognise Vistalator as a hack, and turn the system NON-Genuine

W7 pro unfortunatley does not have Language rights, Oddly enough W10 does
the 1 benefit for it

The differences between Windows 7 and Windows 10 Editions Is that Windows 7 was in was available in six different editions: Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate.

So the specialised functions were made available in Ultimate & Enterprise, the top Editions

With Windows 10, there are less editions: Home, Pro, and Enterprise, (there are sub editions such as Education and Workstation which are basically variations of Pro/Enterprise)

The specialist items such as Multi Language packs are available again for the top editions, This time Pro & Enterprise, but more available to the home user as the only option they have is Home or Pro

Don't know about vistilizator, have never used it.

Not difficult to integrate lang pack into installation media.

Alternatively, boot into winpe ( or another os on the same machine) , apply lang pack .cab to installed windows, set skuintl to the required region. Then boot back into windows. Easily done in a couple of minutes.

If the target os is on D:

dism.exe /IMAGE: /ADD-PACKAGE /PACKAGEPATHath_to_langpack.cab

dism.exe /image: /Set-SKUIntlDefaults:ja-JA

That's it.

If done from within standard win7 pe which only has 32mb scratch by default, then you can specify scratch dir with first command.create a directory somewher on hd with a bit of space. Give the folder a name you recognize, e.g.mkdir D:\Scratch

then the first command is
dism.exe /IMAGE: /ADD-PACKAGE /PACKAGEPATHath_to_langpack.cab /ScratchDir:\Scratch

The lang pack is windows6.1-kb2483139-x64-fr-fr.cab sitting on partition I:


dism.exe /IMAGE:S: /ADD-PACKAGE /PACKAGEPATH:"I:\windows6.1-kb2483139-x64-fr-fr.cab"



I takes dism a few mins to unpack and install the I:\windows6.1-kb2483139-x64-fr-fr.cab into win7 on partition S:

If you have an exe it can be converted to cab almost instantly.

exe2cab and several others will do it.
