I do not have the little Icon to reserve Windows 10

I am running Windows 7 Pro 32bit SP1 but I do not have the little Windows 10 reserve Icon.

I have windows update to install all updates.

How do I get this Windows 10 reserve icon?

I tried that but it says I must be in a Administrator account, How do I create a Administrator account?

Go to start search type in cmd on the returned right click and choose run as administrator

I had the same problem here in Win 7 x64, and this solved it for me first time I used it. Go halfway down the linked page below, and download the .zip file. Unzip it and run the batch file. I opened an Administrator command prompt and then ran the batch file from there, choosing option #1, that did the trick for me, now the icon is there, I reserved Win 10, and all is well.

Is there a way of finding out what is not compatible on my pc?

My pc spec:-
3.2 GHz Intel Duo core
8 meg RAM
ASUS graphics card with 512 k RAM
Windows 7 pro 32 bit

WalterW. It's probably best to wait until Windows 10 actually gets released which will be on the 29th July 15. After that you should be able to find out if your pc is capable of running Windows 10.

I you have a spare drive, you can try the Windows 10 preview right now.

The preview has been out for like 6 months.

If you`ve seen Windows 8, it looks something like that. Windows 10 is no big deal.

Windows 7 is the Best

There is no need to reserve, anybody can update their 7 or 8.1 system within the first 12 months for free, starting 29th July.
