Solved I get the DNS server not responding

I'm connected to my uni wireless network but i can't access the internet. Everyone else's laptop seems to work fine but mine gives the DNS server not responding error. What could be the problem?

Have you tried opening Command Prompt and typing: IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS

Alternatively, open Control Panel (Small Icons view) > Network/Sharing Centre > Change Adapter Settings > Right-Click your connection > Properties > IPv4/TCP.. (Double-Click) > "Use the following DNS addresses":

Change the addresses to Google Public DNS Server: 8.8.8.8 and then 8.8.4.4
