i have a problem in p5100 tv card

i have windows 7 64 bit, and i can't see picture in Presto! PVR, only sound.
i saw in the forum that someone has the same problem and he solve it .
i can't understand the solution, he offered there something with windows enabler.
i hope you can help me , i must solution to this problem .

i sorry about the poor english ,it is my weak side.

It's probably a codec problem.
Do you have any codecs already installed?.

Download and run the following utility.
Download details: Windows XP Video Decoder Checkup Utility

Post a snapshot of your findings using the snippet tool.

this is not the problem, for sure.
it is something more complicated.
on gigabyte website they mention that tv card p5100 can not work on windows 7 , thier solution didn't help me.

i have all codec tv card need.
you can see here the solution to someone that has the same problem.
i didn't understand the sulotion.
