Is there away to allocate a fixed value for the system ram to be used for system cache?
The value of 1 for largesystemcache has a good out come i think but that value of 1 is for servers but when you run applications leads to annoying issues and an unstable machine.

I believe that the size of the file cache can be controlled but only by a program. This functionality is not made available to the user by any system supplied utility. Few people would have the knowledge to do this intelligently and most that do would prefer to let the system manage it. It's size varies dynamically depending on memory availability and how much the cache is used.
The LargeSystemCache registry setting was designed for computers used primarily as file servers. This would allow the file cache to grow to the point where applications would run short of memory and their performance impaired. On a file server this is a good thing as it's primary function is to share files on a network and nobody cares much how well applications perform, which of course is a secondary function. On a client OS such as Windows 10 this is almost always a bad thing. I am not certain this setting does anything in a modern client OS.
But the system cache as shown in Task Manager or Resource Monitor is something else entirely. In Vista and later this value is the sum of standby memory and modified memory and doesn't even include the file cache. The file cache is shown as a part of used memory and neither Task Manager not Resource Monitor will show how large it is. A large value for standby memory is a good thing as it contributes much to performance. Modified memory will usually be low unless there is a memory leak or the pagefile is too small.
Why do you wish to control the size of the "system cache"? Is there a problem you are trying to solve?
I was just trying to figure out if there was away to allocate the ram used for system cache when largesystemcache is enabled because i like the way my machine responds but like you said enabling largesystemcache causes problems when it comes to applications. Do you know the software that would let me control how much ram is used? Or in away an alternative setting thats similar to largesystemcache?

Be aware that it hasn't been updated since 2006. I used in only briefly on XP and that was a long time ago. The only recommendation I can and will make is, don't use it. I am a firm believer in letting the system manage memory resources as it wills. The system manages the size and contents of the cache dynamically according to memory availability and usage and it will almost always do it better than you could.
