Solved I ran sfc/scannow and found corrupt files, how do I fix this?

I ran sfc/scannow through cmd and found corrupt files. Any help would be appreciated and since I'm not good at at these sorts of things, please be patient with me and I'll try my best to follow your guidance , thank you. Should I upload the whole cbs log or just the corrputed parts?

ADW download frombleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans

Hi, thanks for the help , I replaced AVG with Avast and I have Malwarebytes too. I ran the disk check, no problem there, should I run sfc/scannow again?

Hi Gokay, thanks for helping out, just tried this in cmd , I'm not sure why but it doesn't work, just goes back to the normal cmd line, take a look at the screenshot.

Update: Tried it again but this time it says the "argument after /c is missing"

I'm sorry but I just went there and I'm not finding that file, this is fustrating

Update: I think I have finally found it , attaching now.

The 2 files mentioned are false corruption warnings, your sfc result is clean. You can uninstall KB3068708 and KB3022345(if still have it).

Glad you got rid of that AVG and if it were me I would check in the registry - HKEY's - LOCAL_MACHINE & CURRENT_USER in the Softwares to make sure there are no remnants of AVG lurking there. From past experience it has like Symantec (Norton) have a really nasty habit of their removal tool/s leaving entries still there. If you are not sure of how to check - ask.

As a general rule update are just that an existing file being changed or an additional one to back up the rest. But having said that some do cause problems.

Old scraps from updates can be cleared but lets see how things go before we go down that path.

Well I think getting rid of the update worked, sfc did not find any corruptions and disk check found nothing either , so thank you both for your help , could you help with another problem I've noticed?

I've notice my laptop freezing when on chrome alot, so after a while I checked it out, saw others had the same issue, so I switched from chrome to firefox, but my laptop still freezes ocassionally. Any reason why this could happen, or anything I could do to sort this out?

After a clean startup, also boot in Safe Mode with Networking and see if it's alright there.

Just tried the clean startup , but just now I got a blue screen of death or whatever and my laptop just restarted , what do I do ?

Make sure the zip file includes the dmp file/s. If not, configure a small memory dump - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html and wait/trigger another BSOD. then re-run the "Dm log collector" and attach the new report.
