No Bill the PS was just an afterthought on what the machine model number was as there are so many.
So if you are thinking of a clean install then take a read of this it is the easiest way to go and you don't need the original media either - you can borrow any Windows DVD and unlock the version that it cam with using the ei.cfg removal tool

Ei.cfg Removal Utility Lets You Use Any Product Key With Your Windows 7 Disc
You can of course just get a new OEM

but I would in all honesty try to team it with a new drive
The upshot (even surprised e when I first read it) was that all versions of Windows 7 are on a DVD it just needs picking the right version (you had originally installed) out of them. You will have the activation code on the bottom of the machine and better still you will not get any of the machine manufacturers bloatware. Greg the tutorial writer is the absolutely master when it comes to this and more besides of course and he will advise you on any queries as will any of us anyway
Mate if you can run to an SSD say 250GB if you are a general user like me you will find the thing will run like a rocket. You can always clone to a larger one later
Still blathering on when you get the updates and security fixed then this is my bible for getting the best out of the machine
