I want Password When i Open Lid

I want my laptop protected when i open the lid, i am asking you this question because i change ma setting from power options.

here you can see the screenshot above...after the when i close my lid it gave same screen on which i m working i want password when i open the lid, can any one help me..

by telling the system to do nothing when the lid is closed you are giving no event for us to attach a password request notice too.
Setting it to sleep when the lid is closed is the easiest solution, setting it to ask for a password when waking from sleep is relatively easy, and it should only take the device 4-8 seconds to wake from sleep.
leaving it at full power is just going to build up heat and reduce lifespan anyhow.
