Icon packs?

So when I was using Windows Vista I found something that changed my icons.
I wanted to know if there was any applications that do this in Windows 7.
A couple of things I want are:

An application to do it for me (change all icons it can)

And some awesome icon packs that I can use with it.

I've seen people have issues with iconpackager. I use Mr.Grims full icon sets with installer. Look here for an idea what the icons look like. Sets with installers available on his site. You'd have to join to d/l, well worth it. A Guy

the icon packager in virtual customs looks great . . . . but once i install a icon package, the entire system sounds gets disabled . . . . can any one help me with it ?

I'd do a search there for that topic, I am sure I have read about it there. Don't remember if there was a fix or not. A Guy
