most importantly after installation of norton 1st week everything is fine

Manually go to internet options | advanced |
Accelerated graphics | check “Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering”

By the way, the best solution would be to reinstall windows.
I have seen some unnecessary programs in you add/remove programs.

So it would be good to start off afresh.
