Iframes wont work in any browser! HELP!

I couple of months ago I was fooling around with some computer settings and now iframes wont work on any browser and I cannot remember for the life of me what the hell I did and how to get iframes to work in browsers again! I'm using Windows 7. If anyone can please help that would be greatly appreciated. Thanx!
