Important tasks in "Service"

Is there any way to know wich of the tasks listed in Services (tru Task manager) are so important that we can't desactivate them, in order to reduce boot time?

AFAIK all the services in task manager are important to keep your computer running.

Leaving Windows Services as Default is the fast way. Most of the time people messing with Windows Services do more damage than good.
