I disabled Homegroup recently, and it didn't seem to help. I am not sure how to disable IPv6, so I am honestly not sure if I am using it. I'm not sure if that is something that is exclusively used with wireless. If it helps clarify, I am not using a wireless connection and still experiencing this problem.
