I keep on randomly recieving this. On startup my it takes me to a black screen telling me that Windows failed to start because of a recent hardware change. I boot normally and everything works fine. I get this problem sometimes and sometimes I do not. This has been going on and off for about 2 months now.

Here are the details it gave me.

I haven't seen a blue screen yet. All it does is take me to a black screen tlaking about a recent hardware change might be the cause of it. Then I just boot normally.

From your first post it says that you have a dump file

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\122912-13790-01.dmp

Upload that dump file for analysis
