installations issues

I'm having installations issues with Tune Up Utilities 2013 {I get a icon ! The system cannot find the
file specified} I ran this for 2 years started with 2012 ran find then with windows 7 U. 32 bit than I stared having problems , So I switch my system over to a clean install window 7 U. 64 bit and still can't install the program?
I even try my TUU 2012 from disk same thing! Could it be a service setting ? Does any one know of what services settings should be set at for best tweaks of window 7?

Most all of us here recommend never running tune up utilities with W7, it just makes for more issues and is totally unneeded.

Uninstall that....its a waste of time, effort and oxygen
