There must be one admin. After that's set up, the admin can create other accounts as either admin or standard user. Then you can switch to the Standard User account if you want. Some people stay in Standard most of the time for security reasons.

Dude! Installing Windows is a function of an Administrator! There is very little you can do on Windows, unless you ARE the Administrator. That's why Microsoft makes you the Administrator when you are installing Windows (any Version).

You just need to install Windows 7 and it will install as a Standard User with Administrative [limited] rights!
