Do you have a program called WinPcap installed?

Don't know what that program is , but doesn't look familiar.

Hi,

Ok Go to Device Manager , select the "View" tab and click "Show hidden devices" ,
find Net group packet filter driver and uninstall it.

Reboot your computer

Then recheck Problem devices?

Try restarting the computer and retrying?

Rebooted and that driver is gone from ms32 report.

Also, error for drivers, now says "passed."

Why does the report say "no anti-virus" found?

Are these reports accurate for other items?

Not sure, it may be just not picking up MSE.

I had a problem before - when I clicked the icon to restart, it wouldn't. Had to use reset button on comp.

Now it does.

Dave,

One more question:

I did a search and I do have Wincap on my comp.

Should I uninstall - seems to be for network - which I don't have.

I don't remember ever installing it.

Seems it's related to the Dump file. - seems harmless.

If you don't use the program then uninstall it Im not 100% certain but I think its
a Packet sniffer 3rd party program :ar: WinPcap - Home so it should be fine to uninstall if you wish.

Oh...you can use Revo if you wish to uninstall

Revo Uninstaller
Download and install Revo Uninstaller free from here:
:ar: Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

Opt for "Advanced Mode" and uninstall the software (also delete the leftover registry entries).
