Intel PRO/Wireless cannot find free resources

Hi everyone,

I have a MSI L745 notebook running Windows7 RC.

My problem is I can't connect to my wireless internet.
In device manager there is a yellow ! next to Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection.
In the general tab it says:
This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use (code12).

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

I googled this problem, but can't find a solution. I read somewhere i have to disable the conflicting device, but i can't seem to find it.

Anyone any ideas?
