Intel Raid on Windows 7?

Hi,

I was just installing a new hard drive, I went into the computer management screen to activate & format the new drive & I saw that my raid drives had one in "offline" mode.

I changed it to online mode, but it brings up a question. On XP i had an intel raid software that ran to tell me if the volume was healthy. On windows 7 64bit pro, how do I tell if the raid is working properly?

The raid is just for storage not my main system drive.

Thanks,
RIch

You could install the Intel Matrix Storage app that shows you the status. It's been a long time since I ran RAID on a non-server, but that app should show your drives and their status. You'll need the chipset and RAID controller drivers installed first.
