Hey guys I've been having thus problem for over a week now. I have a connection but cannot browse from Google Chrome, ie x64 or FireFox. I am able to ping websites through cmd and I have ttied resetting winsock and dns flush, but with no results. I have uninstalled Norton and the problem still there. Another thing to note is that it only does this during 3pm - 6 or 7pm pst. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.
