Internet does not work when I change locale language

Hi,
I have a new lap top from Fujitsu and I can recently only use internet when I am on one locale language.
When I change my locale language, my computer is asked to restart.
Upon restart, I am connected to internet but my IE and other programmes do not get internet at all!

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in getting to this, hopefully you've got it solved by now but in case not -- what locale/language are you switching to (and from)? Do you get the same results no matter what locale/language you try?
