Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Where exactly are you clicking on a html link that produces the save dialog ?
Traditionally one would load ie versions as they are released,
If you had ie8 you would first load ie9..
Also if you could please look above my signature image and use the link to Fill in your system spec's page,
Add which security suite you use
