hi I seem to be missing the home button on the top right corner next to favorites & tools

Adjust your dpi settings or verify what your using,
I haven't hade any issues with 125% but some people have with some gadgets functioning, 100 dpi sort of fixed that issue for some,
ie11 is on the sensitive site of dpi and zoom for that matter but the toolbar is not effected by your zoom setting,
