Solved internet explorer 11

I just installed W7 and got everything installed including updates and now when I go to internet explorer can't go online keeps saying error not responding

How can I access the internet if this browser isn't working I have a laptop with Ubuntu 12.04 can I transfer files from a usb drive

internet explorer

I fixed it I removed windows live and skype and then there it went findly able to get online
