internet explorer 11

i have download internet explorer 11 open it full mode but once it in full mode the mouse over on the top doesnot showing taskbar?????? how to set this????

Hi,
What are you referring to as full mode exactly ?
F11 key will enter or exit full screen mode
If you changed the taskbar or desktop shortcuts Properties to use maximized all I can say is Normal window works best,

Right click which ever shortcut you use to open ie11 and click on Properties/ shortcut section/ Run ?/ should be Normal window,
If it is then the window size is drag-able to increase it's size,
When closed and the last windows open ie remembers that size when opened again,

sorry my fault i mean in internet explorer 8 when i open it on full screen on mover over at the top it instantly shows me the toolbox and when i move my it hides it automatically the internet explorer toolbox doesn't hide if hide then not show on mouseover

That's not ie8,
Use Alt+HA or gear symbol and About internet explorer for the actual version your using.

ogm man its ie11 i update it but when i press f11 to make it full screen as i do it ie8 on moving the mouse at the top it shows me the bar which i highlighted but not working the same on ie11????

I'm not sure what your asking anymore ?
If still wondering what happened to the taskbar mouse to the bottom of the screen or use the winkey.
As far as I've noticed ie11 and 8 in respect to F11 full screen is no different,
