internet explorer has problem access certain website

i try to access one of the weblink using internet explorer but it keep on spinning and show page cannot be display. when i try use firefox no problem at all. my colleague try to logon to my machine she has no problem accessing. i login to my colleague i have no problem accessing as well. So i re-create windows profile and copy all previous old profile to my new profile. however i try to access the weblink starting it was okay. so to ensure the problem go aways i reopen the link 5 time. the 5th time it will show page cannot display. so i clear the temporary internet files and try to access again. the first time it was okay. until the 5th time it hit the same problem again. i have try using without add ons again same problem hits. any advice on this ? could the user temp folder causes it ? should i do a clean up instead ?

Hi,
You can try to delete on exit option ?
Open ie,
Use Alt+TO or Gear symbol/ Internet options,
General section check the box to Delete browser history on exit,
Click on the Delete button and Uncheck everything there and Delete.
Close ie and re-open and test again,

You can also try In-Private browsing,
Right click the ie taskbar shortcut and click on the option Start In-Private browsing,
Or Gear symbol/ Safety and In-Private and test,
