Ipad - I HATE it already

Not that I expected a lot from the iPad, but I wasn't expecting what they released.

Also to everyone calling it a giant iPhone, your dead wrong. Its a giant iPod Touch, since it has no phone feature.

But you go through a phone service, with their outrageous fees, and it had 3g.

Until it IS a phone, its not a giant iPhone Sure it may go through a phone company for service and has 3g, but that doesn't make it a phone now does it?

yeah have you ever looked at the price mark up on an apple monitor... a monitor with the same size and specs from another name brand vendor is about $500-$600 less. apple can mark up items like nobody's business thats how they are able to sell the ipad so cheap. and why pc companies are gonna find competing with it on a price point is a PITA

About the only use I could think of for one is as something to hold targets when I take my 10MM to the range for a little target practice.. and it's probably not very good for that either

Yeah, seems a little expensive for target practice. Paper is cheaper.

I didn't like the iPhone to begin with until my sister bought one....

But when she used the Dominoes Pizza ordering app and the order, and countdown timer was accurate, I thought this thing isn't so bad :roflmao:

So what, who cares about the timer - how was the pizza?

Hope it wasn't filled with that DISGUSTING and Tasteless Goo that Kraft's call "Cheese" -- poor old Cadbury's --however that's another topic.

Incidentally they could have chosen a better name for it than using a sort of embarassing "Girlie" type product name.

Incidentally with NO USB connectivity on it how can you even LOAD an image of your DVD's into it so you can watch movies.

You'll have to download from Apple which of course will be another "Charge for" feature .
