Sorry Thomas, but I am not liking your replying style.

If you dont use a SSD, you may easily skip the first step of my instructions to you, but you posted a sarcastic comment here.

Wish you all the best with your ever-continuing crashes.

Hey there Arc,

While trying to do the chkdsk c: /f /r, I get this error: Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. It asks if it should check the volume when restarting the computer. Also I have completed step 1 and 2.

Thanks,
Thomas

My language is also not English, it is a provincial language of India, Bengali. So, let us forget this chapter, and concentrate on the issue.

If the System want to restart, restart it, and run chkdsk then.

When you are done with all it, just for being in safe side, Scan the system for possible virus infection.

OK? :)

Hey there, I've done the CHKDSK, and it ran good, got no errors :)
After that I booted from a SeaTools disk, and when running the long test for 1 minute my screen froze and I kept on hearing 1 long beep (it wouldn't stop so eventually I turned off the PC) I've scanned my PC for viruses, and it's clean :D.

Thanks,
Thomas

My computer is working good but that's because I keep it on so it wont BSOD (if I startup a game within 15 minutes of starting up PC, I will get a BSOD, same if I go into sleep mode and turn it back on)

I just had tons and tons of BSODS, it only resulted in one minidump file.
Attaching file.

Update:

I have used a graphics card from my uncle, but same BSODS still occur, weird thing is, no dumpfiles. I have no clue why it *sometimes* doesn't give any minidump files.

If your system was making a beep sound, you'll want to grab your system manual (or motherboard manual if it's custom) and review the POST Beep Codes section and determine what it is that caused the beep.

Hello,

First off, thanks for having a look at my problems.
Alright, I've searched for beep codes and found them, but I couldn't find the 1 long (going on forever) beep. Hope you know anything about it.

Thanks,
Thomas

Unfortunately every computer model is different with their beep codes, so I won't be able to determine cause without a reference. However, beep codes are always there to show hardware failure. If your warranty is still ok with Acer, you'll need to contact them about getting the thing fixed. Hopefully you can coerce them to replace it instead, otherwise you'll have to go back-and-forth with them as they try replacing each part until they find the one that caused the problem.
