Solved irql_not_less_or_equal at startup

I am faced with sort of an unique problem. At startup, I get the BSOD featuring "irql_not_less_or_equal" 2 times then the 3rd time the computer starts to boot. I dont have a MEMORY.DMP file under C:\Windows that I would copy and post here. What do I do ?

Actually I had gone through both those posts before. No Luck. Still no memory dump file.
Will it help if i post a photo of the BSOD error ?

Edit : I have been thinking. Is this non-creation of Memory Dump a pagefile issue? So I went to the registry and found this :
Key : PagingFiles
Value : ?:\pagefile.sys instead of any drive letter

and

Key: ExistingPageFiles
Value: \??\C:\pagefile.sys

Is this causing the problem ?

Apparently the whole ruckus was caused by a faulty RAM stick which I had installed a few days back ... Will mark the thread as solved.
