Solved Is it possible to see if my Windows 7 Disc has SP1?

Hello, im about to make a slipstreamed Windows 7 disc using NTLite and I have downloaded my updates using WUD , but i need to figure if i have SP1 on my Windows 7 disc or if I should "inject" it into my slipstream, this is an important step. so i wondered if there is a way to see if i have it on my disc (I don't remember what the vendor told me)

I'd expect it to say so on the disk if it were SP1--assuming it's a legit Microsoft disk. There are ISO files out there with SP1. You can burn a disc from the ISO if you can it on the net.

If your existing disc is a retail version, you may be able to download an SP1 ISO directly from Microsoft.

As far as I remember, the command prompt can show this. Boot with that CD and choose repair your computer, then when asked open the command prompt.

Look at the "welcome" text it appears, it should show the Windows version number (or if it don't appears, use the ver command). If the version number is 6.1.7600, it doesn't includes SP1. If it's 6.1.7601 it has SP1.

You can check the size of the files. Win 7 Home SP1 may be 2.70G and without SP1 may be 2.27G.
