Is it still possible to upgrade Win7 Pro to Ultimate?

I don't want Windows 10; I'm using Win7 Pro, but would like to upgrade it to Win7 Ultimate.
But Windows Anytime Upgrade has been shut down.
Is there any safe and reputable way left, to upgrade from Pro to Ultimate? Some sites claim to offer unlock keys and/or installer discs, but there's no way to know if they're safe, malware free, or even functional at all.

There may be ligament copies for sale but as you say they are hard to find. I would be very leery of sites that sell keys.

Question though, why do you want to upgrade to ultimate. It offers very little over Professional?

Fair enough. I hope you are able to find something. I know Newegg still has some advertised but mostly OEM versions and maybe Amazon. I would only get one directly from them and not a third party dealer though. Just my opinion.

Beware, encryption can prevent others to access your data but can also prevent you to access your data if a problem occurs.
There are many encryption software s, and they are much cheaper than an Ultimate license.
