Is ScanNowUpNp safe to use?

I was wondering if this program called *ScanNow for Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) is safe to use? I was looking at optimizing some things and just ran across it and it caught my attention as many people do make use of upnp. I ran a test on a virtual machine of the .exe they offer called ScanNowUPnP.exe and it comes from a place called Rapid7. ( The website techsupportalert.com linked me to this rapid7 place, it's only why I am considering asking this question in the first place) This is their URL ScanNow for Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) | Rapid7 . I am including a pic of what the first window looks like when you open the exe, and it's also why I became suspicious. I can understand it asking for a name, maybe perhaps a login, but my address, SALARY ? What do you guys think. FYI. When I visited that link, I had javascript off and Noscript and flashblock with a good hosts file. So I am just giving a warning in case you want to visit the site yourself. By the looks of it, it looks like a legit security website, but these days you never know. Any who, what say you sevenforum? Safe? No safe?

I'd skip it, they want way too much personal info, not need to do a scan. Does you scanner have software?

What do you mean *my scanner have software* , also I keep upnp off on my router as I port forward need be, it's just that this article caught my eye and I was wondering if such things are safe. And yeah, why would they need all that info just do to a scan.
