Use Windows disk management and not Partition Wizard to do this.

You can re-name the new drives in the Windows start menu at "Computer" right click the drive and click "Rename".

Don't destroy it, make an image of the entire Hard Disk Drive now, that can be restored if you ever need to have a look at this tutorial.
