Is there a way to prevent Event ID 5721 from happening?

I had have a user unable to login in twice in a two week perior becuase the computer lost trust with the domain. For your information, I have 8 Windows 7 computers in the field and only one had this issue. I would like to know if there is a way to prevent Event ID 5721 from occurring. By the way, the DC is running Windows Server 2008 R2.
