Solved Issue loading stuff

I know the title isn't very descriptive but I don't know how else to phrase it.
Whenever I go to youtube it shows as this.

Whenever I tried to start up steam or skype it can't connect to internet.
This all happened when I ran a windows repair program from tweaking.com and I have no idea where I should look to fix this.
I'd appreciate the help, ty.

Edit: I can browse most sites just fine and some programs open well but others not so much.

Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

This repair tool you ran, did you use a registry cleaner?

If so, you may of removed something you should not of.

Try System Restore.

Are you saying your unable to connect to the internet at all times or only when using Skype. If only Skype does this, then reinstall Skype.
