Issues with user permissions ! cant run software

Hi i have some software that requires various .DLL ect to work . i can install and run the software no problem on my administrator account. i want to set up a user account that will have the permission to run that software. for some reason i dont think the registered servers ect have passed across and the software will not run on the user account please help !

The software needs to be able to read and write various files and have permissions to register servers/services. there must be a way i can allow the program and all its dependency's to run on a user account. without having to manual adjust the permission for every file/dll/exe ?

as i said before i only want the user account to be able to run this program.
