Hello, I am trying to launch iTunes, and it will not launch. I have reinstalled twice using apples recommended uninstall process, Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 and I have also tried every step they offer. iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues

When I click iTunes, they Itunes*32.exe process runs, but the program will not start. I have tried running as an administrator and in safe mode.

I have also tried updating quicktime, and making quicktime and iTunes the only programs that run at start up.

MSINFO32:
  • Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
  • Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
  • Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).
